There may be said a lot about right nutrition during training. You should know that there is nothing complicated in keeping to the diet during training. Here most important is to arm with will power and not to react on your stomach provocations. Keep in mind, write down in your notebook or best of all make a tattoo with the next statement: before training it is necessary to consume many proteins and carbohydrates (carbs) and no fats! Food with fats will stay in your stomach for a long time which may cause cramps and nausea leading to discomfort during training. Accordingly, chicken stick replace with chicken breast, fatty pork replace with lenten veal, scrambled eggs should be made only of egg white and forget about diary products with 3% fatness.
