Martial Arts University was established in Charlotte, NC June 17, 1995 with the focus of empowering our community one family at a time. MAU teaches a traditional blend of Tae Kwon Do & Hapkido in a modern, fun, safe approach to martial arts. Our classes are designed to enforce character traits such as honor, loyalty, perseverance & goal setting while empowering the students to achieve their true potential with our personal development curriculum. All of this is done while teaching the students traditional martial arts both on and off the mat.
