Dublin has some fantastic Yoga workshops coming up in the next month the first being a Somatic Yoga Workshop on Saturday 26th April 2014 with Estelle Birdy at The Olive Tree Studio Dublin. During this 2.5 hour workshop, yogis will explore, through somatic movement, remaining comfortable in our bodies.
